Who is going to take on the challenge of retrofitting the new 2014 tails onto their e63, it is the same shape, should be possible.
Would love to see this done. Wonder what the costs would be

 

It wouldn't be me. I don't like redesigned rear's lower half design. The exhausts just don't seem to be fitted well with the surrounding like the previous. To me, things appear quite cluttered and not integraed for the lower half of the new rear redesign.

 

if you're talking just the tail lights, i'd think they are plug and play. same technology, just a different look, no?

 

Yes, I wonder how much they'll run for. And if they're plug and play with no harness and no error lights

 

I was at a mercedes dealer and noticed that they were selling clear direct MB taillights with intergrated red reflectors that was a genuine MB accessory.
