Differences of 2010 And 2011 E63

Were there any major differences in these years? I know it was upgraded to biturbo in 2012.

It seems like there are more 2011's with the nicer Amg wheels. The biggest difference I can think of is the alcantara headliner. In my opinion the 2010 seems cheap inside compared th the 2011 with the nicer headliner and roof pillars.

I'm sure there are other changes. I'll let someone else chime in.

FF. W212 E63 M156 non-pano 18" P2 ParkT NightV (gone but will be missed).

Going from 2010-2011, the only cosmetic differences are the addition of alcantara headliners/roof pillars, stitched MBTex for the dash and window sill areas, and the piano black center console for the 2011. All of those combined do make the interior more expensive looking. The mechanical is also the same but you have a higher chance of getting a non-headbolts issue car with the 2011.

Yes, what was MB thinking with the non-alcantara and non MB-Tex dash for the 2011? Personally, I don't mind the center console.
