I got the showroom 2014 e63 amg and it is a beast. Much more improved over my 2010 e63. I really enjoy the softer nappa leather and it drives much better. The exhaust is not as throaty but the handling is amazing. I even like the IWC clock on the dash. I took the showroom because I didn't want to wait. I would have pretty much gotten all the options it came with besides the burl wood dash which isn't my favorite. I prefer the ash wood but was told that those haven't shipped yet. I leased the vehicle. I had some equity in my old car and rolled it in. Payments were 1142 for 36. I took prepaid maintenance and wheel and tire and now 1229. It's a 61% residual. I was going to get a Porsche carrera 4s with a 74 percent residual with an msrp of 108k for the same money. I'm glad I didn't this car is unreal classy and a real sleeper.

Thank you. Yes it's palladium. It looks like it has mint green hues in the sun. I'm usually a black car guy but I live in Boston and with the weather here it needs to be washed 4 times per week if black. It's a nice change.

Is this for 12K miles/yr?

I was told 56% resid on 36/36 from MBFS. But that was from a sleazy local dealer.

Well the 6.3 was a better sound but overall the new e63 is a much better ride. Both great vehicles. Congrats and ride safe brother !!

Nice looking car, congrats, I'm in New England too, around Newport RI. The reason the exhaust does not sound as good is because of the Turbos they muffle it somewhat and change the tone. Like the black wheels too.

Your car looks amazing! It's really good to see the paladium with the black wheels in non-mercedes press images. That's the same color combo I have coming, and it looks amazing on your car. As if it wasn't painful enough to wait since april! Only another week for me.

Awesome. Congrats and enjoy the ride!! The black wheels are matte which is a nice complement to the car. Good luck and ride safe.

mechanic told me today that car already limits itself during the "break in" period.

He also said these cars have previously been broken in by manufacturer, in any event its nearly impossible not to do a kick down and let it rip. I fuc**n love this car!!!!!

Stunning car. Congrats!

If you don't mind my asking, how much equity rolled in?

That's an awesome payment. You can PM me if you'd rather not publicly discuss the numbers.

i put down about 8k total. i had 5 equity and put down another 3. I could have had a higher payent but i suppose it all comes out in the wash. Life isnt a rehearsal and I know you cant take it to the grave so i figured what the heck!
