Spark Plug Advice
Hey guys. I'm picking up a 2012 E63 AMG in the next month or so and I have a question regarding spark plugs. I did 'search' and I believe I have my answer but want to confirm.
Are NGK 6706 the correct plugs to run with a tune? I will be getting a tne (most likely EC) but want to make sure this is correct. I know Renntech and Weistec offer plugs on their sites but they appear overpriced. Also, do most of you guys with tunes have one step colder plugs or is that even necessary?
By the way thanks to all the forum members for providing great information and feedback so I feel like I am making educated decisions. I'm excited to purchase the car and start my mods.
