So I found this (even though it has two extra zeros I assume its same as there was nothing closer than this, should I be worried about it? I did delete the code and it hasn't come back yet (60 miles of driving after deleting it).

P1CE800 - Crankcase ventilation in wide open throttle operation (cylinder bank 2) has a malfunction.

did you replace the filters or did anything prior this CEL, it will help to know if the car has been touched or not / tuned / stock
