Getting my Brake flush done monday @ 21K miles now and 2 years

Did not realize Mercedes can void the warrantee of a covered part if it is not documented maintained by the book, they call for a brake flush every 20k miles or 2 years and that's where my car is at. They told me at the dealer if something goes wrong in the braking system since I declined this service during my oil change yesterday the warrantee on braking components could be voided if I have a problem, so set up an appointment to get it done on Monday. I was going to wait until the next oil change at 30K miles, but guess I wont do that.

I am kind of a maintenance fanatic since I use to own quick lubes. I changed the diff oil at around 18K miles and believe it had been done by the previous owner at around 2K miles. The book recommends doing the trans oil change at 40K miles. I'd just do a fluid drain and filter and not a flush with a machine or anything.

The dealer told me $120 for the brake flush and that's really not too bad, I'm sure I could get it done at a tire place or something for 60 to 80 bucks or so but there would be more risk and besides that those fresh baked cookies and free gourmet coffee is real good at the Mercedes dealer too. Also they have a nice 4K Plasma TV with a great picture

+1. I just had my brake flush done this past Monday, the dealer charged me $120, plus they will do it with the correct equipment, plus they will check for any error codes, plus inspect the car, plus offer a free car wash (for those that trust the dealer to do this) (lots of pluses with the dealer!). Two years ago my Indy charged $120 for the service.
