Radenergie R10 wheels off a CLS55 will they fit a E63 wagon

My buddy is looking to get rid of his Radenergie R10 in matte black...worried about the width on the wagon? Any help or pointing me to the right direction is appreciated. thanks!

Wheels are 20x9 (+21 offset) and 20x11 (+31 offset) will work on the 12 E63 AMG wagons?
