Yes the transmission is the weak point of the car. Just not always smooth especially in low speed situations if you are lifting on and off the gas.

2012 E63 Tuned, 2020 Shelby GT350, 1999 S 420
The sound system is the worst premium sound system I've ever heard.... I have a 1999 S 420 with bose speakers and the sound quality is much better than my 2012 Harman Kardon speaker system.

I couldn't agree more I just left my E63 at the dealer for warranty work and normally I can't wait to get my car back, but the dealer provided me with a C class with the Burmester sound system and all I have to say is WOW...Even better then the B&O system offered in the E class and makes my HK sound like total junk.
