This thread makes me glad I have a RWD, just kidding, lol. This whole thread sounds like BS, I think it was somebody messing around. The new AWD's are pretty solid from everything I understand.

I agree with the BS. Any competent MB service tech would know the S models have the rear LSD which requires the fluid change and would not be screwing around with the front differential as the OP stated.

Our cars are pretty tough, I've been driving my CLS63-S with a tune for 10,000 miles and I do abuse my poor car, zero issues. Now that I said that, my engine will blow tomorrow
