Exhaust Advice
Guys,
Picking up a 2012 E63 soon and have a question. I really loved the oval exhaust tips on the w211. Not sure I'm feeling the square exhaust tips. I noticed meisterschaft sells an oval exhaust but I don't want to spend that much just to go to ovals. I love the sound of the stock exhaust with a resonator delete via straight pipes. Any options for oval tips but keeping the exhaust stock? Or will the square tips grow on me?

Do u like the oval and round headlights of the 211 also vs the sharp angular ones of the 212.
Dude. The square tips match the car as the round matched to other Gen.

FF. W212 E63 M156 non-pano 18" P2 ParkT NightV (gone but will be missed).
IMO, the pre-facelifted tips look better. Moreover, those are real tips because I think the redesigned ones are just a façade with nothing really connected to them. In general, you would want curve to go with curve and the same thing with square. But each to his own and OP has his preference. Maybe you can try to source the tips from a previous generation S65 and weld them on there for a similar look. I'm sure you can find aftermarket oval exhaust tips somewhere.
