It nothing new running 10sec for RENNtech on an AMG63 4matic. It's even been done by a customer in Russia (Vasilly) already in last Dragtimes 500+ event in hot weather & on a regular road strip.

I love the new 5.5 turbo amgs, my recent car was in a crash.
I'm either looking to buy a 6.2L or a 5.5L, doing research on both.
5.5L costing me $229 000.
6.2L costing me $110 000 (2010)
$30 000 upgrade I can do on the 6.2L for 650+whp with weistec stage 3 and apparently would do a 1/4 in the 10s as well but looking at the turbo models becoming more and more insane with the tunes its changing my mind.

Curious... Do all the S models come standard w/lighter Carbon Ceramic rotors? Wondering if this is an OPTION only & could make up a nice difference in overall traps when all else is equal between these new models

Edit: Went on MB USA, Carbon Ceramics are an $8900.00 option... Do either or both AMS, Weistec e63S have them?

One guy was a bit cocky around a corner and lost it hitting the back of my car and it made my car go straight into the barrier with his.
End of the day I'm glad no one got hurt though.

see, the thing about those wheels and the drop is that it looks great -- but it's not practical for me for day to day driving -- wicked cool pic though (against the dark clouds)
