. 1- if possible can I see any picture for the installed one ,2- also im wondering about two trim because they different from the 2010 trim , 3-do you think any problem with RPM MAY WILL NOT WORK because mine is 6.3 v8 but the new one v8 biturbo 4-how to transfer odometer data can I do it my self after installing the new one. I appreciate any answer and thank you for helping me.
My car2010 instrument cluster with trim, just comes with one trim2014 with both trims2014 e63s instrument cluster without trim2014 first trim
You need cluster, front frame trim and middle trim witht he 3 rings in it.
You will have no error on rpm. If you buy a new one or a virginized one you can install it at Mercedes. You can do it your self if you have online Star Diagnose or Vediamo.
Well. We at MBCSA got a newly developed module now where all works inc high beam assist. No SAM needed. Wires and prgraming needed. I will do a write up on it as soon as my 2011 E500 Cabrio arrives.. You only need bumper, lights and grill and they are cheap these Days so this should all be able to be done for about $2000.
Hi, any news on this?
I want to retrofit just the front headlights on my E300 sport.
Great news! Thank you! Can you please elaborate more on this?
My car is not AMG, but an E300 with sport Package. Do I need to change fenders? So, I need to buy just bumper, hood, grille, and headlights? Headlight should be with ILS or regular will fit as well? What about rear lights? Does your module handle them as well? What is the cost of module? Where can I buy it? Can any person who can program SAM, program your module?
As said so many times here...You ONLY need bumper, hood, grille, and headlights and headlight converter kit. ILS works well if you had it before. We program it remotely if you have star diagnose.
After owning for 4 years without any problems of my E63 W212 E63 AMG 2009 I decided to renew a design and technical items of my car up to face-lifted model Е63 2013.
Taking into consideration that selling my car and buying a new car will cost 100 000 USD of additional expenses I think that my idea looks reasonable and economically efficient.Who has another opinion don't judge me for that.
What I want to change:
- Hood, Front and rear bumpers, headlights, sideskirts.
- change Command Head Unit (HU) from NTG4.0 to NTG4.7 (NTG4.5 third generation - where we will have full IPhone integration)
- changing instrumental cluster (panel);
AMG Selector Lever Handle I have already updated.
What I want to get at the end (on photos you can see restyle made by SGA Exclusive:
Hallo Andrew many thanks for your full report sharing the convertion of W212 madein 2009 to 2013 FaceLift model.I am going to convert my E63 W212 made in 2010 too,can you kindly inform me whether the package you bought from Mercel has steel hood? and what about the wire harness for the front headlight and rear light too ?can we use the old existing wire for the Lights? Is the convertion very dificult ?thank you so much for the kind reply. KRgds HendrikS
The ONLY thing hard is the headlights and all codings needed... There is alot of repinning and adding of cables to the old connectors.
I have a converter kit dut also that needs codings remotely..
Haloo Chris , i need to speak in depth about converting my W212 E63, with you and if you dont mind please email me at myisabramax@yahoo.com .Thank you Chris.Kind Regards, Hendrik S

Found several free minutes and want to finalize this thread by finishing my story about my project on E63 conversion
I have ordered and received all details (hood, bumper and side skirts are not shown)
Some of the parts did not fit my model and was not needed for my conversion
here is the picture of not needed parts for my conversion
Here we start to diassemble my car
Some of problems seems to appear but we easily solved them
Here we start to assemble
Than we started to fit the new bumper
after finishing and checking that everything fits perfect we started painting works
then assembling of the new bumper
And the most complicated part of the conversion electric wiring and programming
Don't be afraid by the huge quantities of wires they are from another car. You need to add only 2 wires for each headlight: one thick for "+" and one thin wire for management signals and then repin the connectors to have correct electric and headlight management connection.
Reprogramming was made by the guys from the CARSYSTEM using modul: http://carsystems.com.ua/mb-products...roller-w212-en
They also reprogram my front SAM with new software from 2013 model, so I did not buy new SAM.
Hi everyone!
I have done the facelift conversion for W212 2012 (wdd2120821A659692) . As you expected , the hard part of it is making the headlights and rear lights working correctly . My Headlights have part number A2128205039KZ, they have LED on main beam and H7 on high beam. On headlights are working just signals nothing else.Rear lights working only the exterior ones , the ones from trunk lid are not working. I have read some of your posts , if somebody could provide me with the right information I would be very grateful. I have written to carsystems as well, waiting for their answer.
I understand that I need to change some wiring and to program my SAM and also I need a conversion control unit.
Thanks
How about the tail lights? I just want to do the rear facelift conversion on my 2012 wagon. I have read they need to de-pinned as well as requiring a jumper harness. What about coding? Is this something you could assist with as it's a lot of money in parts alone.
