Recent Tune (MHP)
Greetings all-
I recently picked up a 2014 MB CLS63 'S' model.
As a novice to the world of tuning I chose to work with Modern Horsepower, I now believe I should have checked here first.
In total I spent $2650 for an ECU tune and spark plugs, the local Mercedes dealer installed the plugs for $250. When the ECU was returned one of the support pins was broken, otherwise all appeared well.
I'm willing to write off the $3K. Needless to say I'm a bit concerned.
Can members of this forum provide some guidance how I should proceed?
Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated.

What exactly are you looking to do at this point? Are you going back to stock or do you wish to work with a different performance company? I hope the tune that Andy put on your car isn't problematic.

Short term I would like to ensure the ECU returned was mine and if any damage was done.
I worked with ...Michael? Anyone familiar with him?
Has anyone purchased a new ECU and if so what is the procedure?
At this point I may consider a re-tune, my first post may have been a bit "panicked" I do apologize.

We can look over the ecu for you if you like to make sure all is well
