Back to Amg

Hi guys

I've just got myself back into a Amg and gosh have I missed it!

Having sold my porsche 997tt I'm missing the traction but should have some fun. Just collected it this morning from dealership .

When I used town e55k there were lots of tricks etc any on this car I should know about??

Sweet pickup! How does the acceleration compare to your 997-911?

Thank you for the comments guys ,,,
I've only had the car 2 days so not much driving time, I feel much turbo lag I seem to have to push the car to get it going.

Yes mine is the 2wd model
Lots of wheel spin

I'm loving the looks too
thinking of resonator delete as my first mod.

FF. W212 E63 M156 non-pano 18" P2 ParkT NightV (gone but will be missed).
Nice. I really would like to see a comparison of the RWD vs AWD S-Model at a 90-160mph pull.

the RWD would pull away easily. even from 40 or 50 onward, let alone 90 onward. there are videos of it on youtube.

Where are they getting "670hp" and "650hp" in the video title
For the e63S and cls63 respectively

And it's interesting that that rwd cannot make up the disparity in the 1/4 mile (from a stop) with the awd and overtake it by the 1/4 mile

Nice video. It's too bad that RWD E63S is not available here in the States.

Whats the main cause of the difference in performance? Aside from weight factor

Weight and drivetrain power losses in the 4 matic system, not sure if there is a difference in transmission gearing and final drive ratio in the rwd models ... But if so, this could contribute as well
