Gents!

I am anxiously awaiting delivery of my ride and I'm preparing. I have some ROW Boxes and Weistec filters in hand and I'm looking for a good front lip and possibly diffuser.

There are not many options for this platform and I was wondering if you would take a sec and post pictures and your personal experience with your front lip and rear diffuser. If you have a link to source post that as well.

It's a 2010, black on black. The wheels I'm obsessed with (PP 19's), just need the front lip for that "look"..

 

I'm getting a carbon fiber lip installed on my w212 white e63 amg on Tuesday.
You MAY scrape on speed bumps maybe I live in Australia so its quite hard to say.
If you're getting the front you might as well get the back as well.
This is what it looks like at the moment, It came with carbon fiber side mirrors, boot lip spoiler and front bumper carbon fiber as you can see a little bit of it from factory.
I cut out my mechanic from the photo because i don't know if he would like to be on the forums or not.
You can also see the stage 2 weistec supercharger :P


Although i will be posting pics up Tuesday when the front lip spoiler is installed.

Your ride came from the factory with the carbon pieces? I know they offered the mirrors, I didn't know they offered the trunk and front bumper spoilers as well. You lucked out!

I have carbon fiber stock on the rear diffuser as well just not the Black edition style one.
I'm from australia.. the cost of a e63 amg new is $235 000, when you're 22 years of age and have a car which is considered kind of rare where i live i do like to show everyone .
I know car's are cheap in America and an e63 is just a normal car over there but yeah sorry i didnt mean to be like that family guy clip.. haha...
We have a saying in Australia "pride and joy" in my case its my car which i worked hard for and am paying off.. lol

 

Lol, I love you mate. I was just poking fun. I have all kinds of family in AU. Good for you, show that beast off. I just spoke to Weistec people about the SC kit and I know what they cost. It's not cheap that's for sure. With the power they produce it would be a decision having to think about, the 6.3 and slapping a SC vs the 5.5TT. In the end, they'll both cost about the same (talking used).
Now post some pics of those carbon pieces before I come down there and give you a goog!

 

It gets installed on the car tuesday, You may have to wait untill then.
The rear diffuser i'm going to be purchasing in May.
I'll show you the stock CF on my car at the moment.

 

I went to the body shop this morning (finally) and we held the front hip spoiler up the the bumper and it was not a perfect fit due to the stock Carbon fiber attachment glued onto my front bumper from factory in the picture below.
Now i can do 2 things... Remove that carbon fiber on the front bumper from factory and put the spoiler on or sell the spoiler.



i also have carbon fiber on the rear bar from factory so i dont know if i would also be able to fit the aftermarket carbon diffuser without removing this.

The car is a bit dirty..

 

So, what happened? Did you keep the cf lip spoiler?

 

Wont fit unless i remove the exsisting "cf" from the front bar, I'm going to hang it up in the garage until i decide to remove the CF to add the spoiler.

 

Are those just the existing bumpers wrapped in CF or are they actual CF add ons? Can you take a better picture?

 

Add on's from factory.
I've noticed mainly the australian w212 e class's had the option for this CF pack.
As far as i know it's CF mould and glued on the front bumper.
can peel it off and use the CF spoiler.
But i've grown to these CF moulds lol.
