hello, can i get opinion on the e63 2007, runs fine but interested in there is anything to look out for, any issues with engine/transmission? its 80000 miles so i would think if there were any engine issues it would have shown by now. I also heard brakes are expensive but are there other options to get it cheaper? and how often to replace the brakes?

If you're asking if a 2007 amg is reliable and worried that it may cost you a lot ... You need to buy a different car

You buy a 2007 amg because it's in your price point and you are passionate about amg or can get an extended warranty. This is not a car like an '07 accord that you'll barely put any money into... This can be your biggest nightmare car or it won't give you any problems at all but the potential for a very costly ownership experience is more likely than a used Japanese car or another brand that is low maintenance. I will never own an amg out of warranty.

Even Benz this year has literally doubled their prices on extended warranties for amg cars likely due to the significant costs to them associated with under warranty repairs of amgs
