Hey guys, aside from the interior and exterior look upgrades, what other changes were made to the E63 since 2010? I want to know the differences before I begin car shopping. Thanks!
lol this is rich... In a nut shell? An entirely different car from engine-hp/tq/trans/AWD option/Brakes/gearing/thru the interior/exterior is just the tip of the iceberg etc etc etc The 2014 is a completely different car...

The changes are most notable with the 6.3 NA vs the 5.5 biTurbo, transmission And interior. If you did some research on this forum, you'll find people are concern about the various engine issues with the 6.3 NA.

^ No engine issues. The M156 is a monster and a blast to drive. Easy best sounding car on the road today. Imagine just a big huge American muscle car engine but built in Germany by a bunch of very precise guys.
Get a warranty in case you do experience a problem. Also the 6.3 version is about $20K cheaper.
The changes are most notable with the 6.3 NA vs the 5.5 biTurbo, transmission And interior. If you did some research on this forum, you'll find people are concern about the various engine issues with the 6.3 NA.

What Transmission change? They all have the 7 speed MCT I believe.

They majorly reinforced the the Tranns on the Biturbo V8's to handle all the extra torque, + software changes in TCU etc etc it's literally an entirely different car..
Also, if you are in the USA then the 2010 is rwd only and the 2104 is only available in 4Matic. 2014 has received numerous upgrades since 2010 but it is not "literally an entirely different car."

I guess you use the word "change" I use the word "modified"
The only major spec that was changed was the engine.
It's the same tranny, chassis, interior, exterior. Awd was added as an option, and not a "change"
If that makes it a "Different car" for you then great!
I just wouldn't say that it is "literally" an all new car... Because it literally isn't.
Can't speculate the difference between the 2011 and 2014. But here is an overview between 2011 and 2012. There is no mentioned of the interior and exterior, but those who know. It'll start with the steering-wheel.
