I just reread my first response and I guess it could have been taken seriously. I apologize.
It's a running joke on some internet forums when someone posts a pic of someone else's car with the plate showing, to come in and ask for the pic to be removed because it is his friends car, etc....

I was actually driving when vdubpower took the pic of that car while we were on the 15 fwy coming back from the mountains. Car is probably stock engine wise from my guess. Didn't sound like anything special.
