1: Its a low mileage car with no added options. It is a little high ( $2,500 ).
2: Are you planing to modifying it to make it faster ( I bought my 2012 E63 with 11,500 miles for $69,500 with every options including P30, Limted Slip, B&O and all CF options available through Mercedes-Benz about 4 months ago with Extended warranty )? I wasn't planing on modifying the E63, but did. The reason I ask if you plan on modding the car is, if you do go get a mod the car like a ECU tune, you will get the same results with or without P30 except ( I think ) for the 186mph top speed limit and CF engin.
3: You will need extended warranty after the factory warrant expires, are you planning to get the extended warranty? Do not buy a AMG without warranty.
After you answer those questions, you should have an answer, but you should be able to get about a $2,500 discount depending on how long the dealer had the car for sale.
Good luck and remember to ask for the OEM wheels. That should give you leverage.
