Does your 63 fart when parked?
I just bought a 2013 E63. I have heard the car make a strange noise when parked, almost as if its releasing air(sounds like a car fart). Anyone know what that may be? seems like air from the rear suspension but is this normal?

It is a fart...the Germans call it "das Autofahrt". They have not programmed a polite "excuse me" or "entschuldige". I have assumed it was because I use my wagon like a truck, and it is just re-adjusting the shocks after unloading. Just don't stand near it when you are with company, or offer a simple "oops".

now on the serious side: be careful when parking the car near the curb, since it will go lower when parked and potentially cause the damage to bumper.
