2010 E63 spark plugs interval
Does anyone know what's the spark plugs interval for the 6.2 L E63 ?
The dealer wants to replace them as part of the 60K service interval. they're charging 3.5 - 4 hours of labor and the cost of the plugs.
by looking at the engine I would not attempt to change them myself
Any thoughts ?

Changing the spark plugs is easy on the E63. I did mine at 60k. It took about two hours including checking the gap on each plug. The plugs do require a smaller thin walled deep sparkplug socket for the wrench. I used NGK laser iridium plugs.
