Anyone with STAR In NYC who can set my monitors to ready for NYS inspection
2012 e63 with Catless downpipe system needing inspection. I was told STAR can change the monitors to ready so I can pass inspection.
Is this true? Can someone perform this mod for me. This is the only thing stopping me from buying this car.

OPPS...someone from EC told me STAR can do this
I wanted to double and triple check as withthe O2 off NO CEL but also the monitors will be in NOT READY mode and no inspection here in NYS

The bottom line is that you have no cats. Unless you get some kind of j-pipes/O2 extensions or an electronic O2 simulators, your emission system will always be in the Not Ready state.
