Please help! 2012 or 2013 E63?

looking to re-join E63 gang and considering this fine example: http://www.keyesmercedes.com/car/589...3_AMG?lpid=124
Price is on the high side but the dealer is willing to come down significantly; question is what would be a good deal for this car?
What do you think, should I get 2012 - the last year of RWD but with the new M157 engine or look for 2013 with AWD?
I really like the pre-facelift look, so 2014's are not an option.
Thank you for all your feedback and advice!
However having the 2012 myself, wonderful car however you should expect to shell out some cash to have your cooling system split. The lack of a split system does affect performance here in TX even with just 80 degree weather. If you idle for long, car will heatsoak and get slower by a substantial amount.

AMS sells a kit to split your system for around 600

Stopped by the dealer today and drove the car - it's extremely nice; unfortunately couldn't agree on the price.
New sticker price was 108K, so P30 and LSD are on the car.
Initial asking was 59.9K, I offered 53K, GM came down to 56.9, so no deal.
Need sanity check here... Is my offer too low?
wait for them to call when the car doesn't sell (and it won't, at least not before Jan 1, since it's LITERALLY FREEZING OUTSIDE in LA).

Would NEVER consider them for a new car purchase (attempted once - never again!).
Hope GM will move on the price, but not holding my breath.
