2010 E63 AMG Dynamic Contour Seat Right Bolster not Inflating
Hey Everyone,
Last week I noticed that my right bolster wasn't as stiff when taking corners as the left bolster. Shortly after I heard a hissing noise and a pop. Since then, the dynamic bolsters stopped functioning. I suspect that the right bladder (adjustable insert) has a hole in it now; since the system has detected a leak the left bladder will not inflate either.
Has anyone experienced this or has attempted to repair this on their own? I did some research on www.mbpartsworld.com and it seems as though i need to buy the both inserts as a package (roughly $340).
I would like to know how to take the seat apart so I can access and replace the inserts.
Can anyone share a diagram or instructions on how to perform this repair?
