my e63s RT tuned dyno
just got my car retuned for downpipes at RT to remove the check engine light for catless downpipes. was suprised when they said they actually dont change anything in the tune for downpipes other than turning off the rear o2 sensors to eliminate the check engine light
anyways here's my dyno below... was about 90F and 65% humidity so not best day for it, but they had a stock e63-s in there too and ran it as well and put it on my dyno sheet for comparison... looks like my RT tuned/ speedriven DP was about +86 awhp/ 183 awtq vs the stock E63-s
from what i have seen of renntech tuned 2014 e63 awd dynos mine is about +20 awhp/+40 awtq so i think that's the delta for catless non-turbo back downpipes on my car

Nice power! Makes sense on Rt just needing to adjust for cat removal and not fuel with adding mid pipes. I know RT and other tuners do change tune for the full turboback kits on the market but the requires changing the manifold off the turbos well.

thanks! they told me their dyno runs a little low and that if they ran in STD correction it would run about 4% higher as i told them i saw a few tune/dp M157's running ~620 whp and they said they were probably in STD correction vs SAE (what mine was) and sure enough went back to find those ~620whp dynos i saw and they were all STD correction, so i felt a little better not hitting ~620 awhp in SAE mode

Nice, how's it feel?

Great result. I just got turbo-back downpipes and a tune for my CLS and it feels and sounds devilish. I haven't re-dynoed it yet so not sure of the power and torque gains.

the dyno tech told me that on that dyno they are seeing around 580 whp/ 640 wtq normally for M157's tune only and they were actually surprised that the catless dp's gave me that much gain up top vs tune only numbers they have been seeing so that was good

My tune was done in 2013 and no problems with it. It shure is fun in S+.
Renntech's early tune was 701hp and 839 ft. lbs. tq. They stopped doing that tune as some areas don't have 93 octane gas. Was done with colder plugs and filters.

full tune... renntech told me mine was a strong run as most of their full tune dyno runs are hitting around 580 awhp/640 awtq on their dyno... mine has mid-pipe style downpipes but they dont think it made up the 20whp difference as they have not seen much top-end pickup in hp from dps
