So I've been informed that both of my right wheels have small bends. I was informed by my SA that the rep informed him that the wheels would be be repaired vs replaced.

Has anyone had any experience with Safeguard & this so-called warranty?

Sounds about right ... They sell you on how they'll replace the $800 wheel when you're signing all the papers and they're pushing warranty after warranty... But repair seems to be standard practice vs replacing the wheelOriginally Posted by IGotId

They would only replace the rim if it's cracked and they would not replace the tire less than 4/32 or 4 mm so if u have the tires around 6 but a nail and replaced it lolOriginally Posted by IGotId
