That didn't mean anything , one clamp coming loose and you have boost leak , if you didn't get any codes most likely the hardware was fine .

Yep, no codes. If my car had a boost leak, I'm sure my car would've ran even worse.

AMG GTR
My 2012 E63 has the Eurocharged tune and consistently made 585whp and 700wtq. I highly doubt this tune he has is an EC tune.

I'd guess your car is pulling timing for some reason. Could be simple false knock issue or something deeper. Tough to hunt it down without a log.
Good luck.

I think I remeber reading your thread, your numbers are from a Mustang Dyno which reads lower than a Dynojet. Nevertheless, my peak hp is less than your 585whp @579whp.

So you made 579whp? That's not bad at all in warmer weather

It's my understanding mustang dyno reads lower than the dynojet. The tuner advertised 634whp on a dynojet with tune only. I suspect the catless downpipes should yield another 10-15whp.

I wouldn't say warmer weather for Chicago compared to Texas or Florida.

Just to back up my theory again, another forum member posted his quarter mile time. His 60ft time was not much better than mine yet his trap speed is 4mph higher. In fact, I'm quicker by 1mph by the 1/8th mark and I assure you I didn't let off the gas early.

Anyone want to drag race my car (using "soft launch") and if you can get my car to trap @126 I'll give you $500.

do you have stock cooling? I noticed yours is a 2012 and the stock cooling on early models can suffer from heat soak, but i still doubt its whats causing your low trap as you still should be able to get off one good run

traction & tq = ET

HP= mph regardless of traction.

I just got my 13 E63 p30 car first pass 2.4 60ft 12.5@119.7 next pass 2.0 60ft 12.12@119.5

Nope, it was from a dyno jet.

Still not a bad number for a tuned M157, pretty regular actually. And definitely not whats causing your 120mph trap speed. Unless you stowed 4-5 200lb dead bodies in your trunk, you should be in the 125-127mph trap speeds at that rwhp

Stock cooling but to your point, I doubt this is the cause of my low trap speed.
