There is no way to share the WIS program online.

I think they sell some copies on ebay for setup discs

Avoid the listings with DVDs, they are usually corrupt. There is one listing for a downloadable version that runs in a VM, that's the one I bought. Works great.

Bought a DVD version that runs on VM. Works perfectly.

I bought the WIS\EPC VM version that came 7 zipped on a USB drive. Works great and since my surface 4 pro has no optical drive made install a breeze. The version was up to date with 2016 info.

On the original topic this off is a great primer on the m157. Good find shardul
