Battery Voltage
My new AGM battery reads only about 12.3 volts when I check it in the morning before starting car. The voltage should be over 12.5. What are your experiences with the battery voltage with the car sitting overnite or after a few hours after driving?

I would say that 12.3 is reasonable, as long as it moves up to 14+ when the engine is started.
Lots of factors to take into account really, length of journeys, cooler ambient temperatures, all have a detrimental effect on batteries. If it starts and you're getting no warnings then it should be fine. If a good long run doesn't get it back to how you want it, maybe a conditioning charge will sort it out, but I wouldn't worry unless you get problems with it.
