Though e55 is a current cult classic and having a new one with same name would be kinda odd... "i just got the new e55 ... wait I had one 10yrs ago, their still making those ?"
c43 is kinda long out of anyone's memory that is under 50yr's old and wasn't near as popular as the e55 so they can get away with not to many people confusing its name with an old model( to be honest I had to lookup what years they even made the c43)
