So far.....nada. Hopefully, I'll be pleasantly surprised.

Maybe too early in the year?

The tracks closest to Atlanta (Atlanta Dragway) and Silver Dollar Raceway are closed until March.

My options were Carolina Dragway (outside Aiken, SC) and South Georgia Motorsports Park (Cecil, GA).

The long drive down and back is "me" time lol

Only got three runs yesterday. I did 2 runs (no slip on the first run but my buddy told me numbers - basically the same). I let my friend do the 3rd run / he did the 118+ trap. Big crash and lots of racers so we packed it in before the end.

All driver error I'm afraid - disappointed with my results

Tried fiddling too much and bogged both launches...crazy low trap for both my runs.

I'm car 36/63....

Sounds like a fun day!!!!! The car certainly looks great! It seems that launching is such fine line between perfect and bogg-city!

Did you try using launch control? Or what method did you use?

No - ESP off (for 2nd run, first run had ESP on) sport+ for shifting and sport+ for suspension. Tried to power brake and bring revs to 2k. Car went nowhere Oil temps shot up to 220 and got the message add a quart which I did after 2nd run while the car cooled down (everyone was sidelined due to a bad wreck)

Third run I let my buddy drive and same for him - he managed a highter trap but got a 2.5 60'

Yes, much fun. This thing eats up the highway miles so the drive down and back was very enjoyable!

Another note....one of the experienced drivers mentioned something about a "number" that measures water molecules or some (he said different than humidity). Ideal number is apparently 30, said it was 80+ yesterday.

Had no idea what he was talking about....something about water grains (just googled)

Very surprised especially with the traps. You definitely
could do better no doubt. Next time try the launch control, at least it does the work for you on brake boost for
more simple engagement.

Agreed - I'll experiment more before the trip there. Would putting in dyno mode have helped?

1/3 tank of fuel. Last time I used scales (different track), it was 5050 but that was more fuel on board and had a bunch of stuff in the cargo area. This time I removed the net/cover and cleaned everything out.

Can we not not post pictures any more? The site is not giving me an option to post the slip.

Yes, which I would expect to put it in the 47-4800 range.
