2014s Intercooler replacement and Bleeding
I had to replace my pass side cooler. Very simple. But how do I bleed the system of air. This car has 3 cooler one large unit same size as the radiator in the center and 2 smaller unit by the front wheels. and pump to move water around. Car running temp full up but that pump is not coming on. I think that pump is triggered with higher water temp. How do I bleed the air out....
I have never seen some many cooler on a car to date...WOW..

bleeding the system should be pretty universal .... here is how i did it on my old svt terminator
1. Completely fill the system, just below the level of the resevoir return hose.
2. Pull the return hose off the plastic fluid resevoir.
3. Put the end of the hose you pulled off the resevoir in a cup to catch the fluid.
4. Put your thumb over the return nipple on the rear of the resevoir.
5. put your mouth over the top cap opening of the resevoir and blow hard.
6. It will force the fluid though the system and up into the cup getting all the air out of the system.

This car has lots of tubing
3 coolers and a pump to move the coolant around. I am also told the pump will only activate at a given temp and that most cooling is handle by the large cooler at the center ( size of a radiator) the 2 cooler buy the wheels are for additional cooling.
1 Large engine radiator
2 same size turbo cooler
3 AC condensor
4 2 coolers totaling the radiator size 1 for oil and 1 for trans
5 two cooler by the wheels...
Problem is the dealer said it is not on the american system and the german system is down....

What i did was....
There is a bleeder screw located on the center cooler, I bleed at that center cooler making sure the end coolers over flow and reconnect. I then filled the tank squeeze the hoses and that was it... Let the car run boost it a few time and keep checking the level...pump came on and have not seen the level drop... I will check it every time I take it out over the next week.
This car has 3 water coolers, one oil cooler, one trans cooler,A/C and radiator... The front of this car is nothing but coolers...On the other hand my w211 e63 was a puzzle up front....
