I know this says 2007-2009 but its a bit crazy the price this set is going for.

I think the reason it's cheap is because it's OBX bro. They had a bit of a reputation back in the day as a cheap knock off company and I guess they need to position their products really cheap like this to make buyers bite.
I think one guy here actually used ebay headers (X Force) and he made the same sort of gains as all of the big name header companies, but my gosh the poor guy got flamed for doing so.
The price of the headers that you posted is probably cheap enough to warrant the gamble though. BUT....because fitting is so expensive and a PITA, if there are issues with cracks later down the line, that saved money could find a way out of your bank account in the end.
