Mercedes E-Class 2011 w212
Mercedes E-Class w212 NON-AMG
Hi there, I have a mercedes E Class from 2011 non-AMG, the engine is 220 Diesel with 170hp, is it possible to install a cut-out valve ??

Anything is possible right? I'd go and google QTP cutouts and see where you land. The bigger question is would you want to?

You are talking about kind of a unique situation so I bet it'd be hard to find someones to listen to before undertaking it. Maybe find an exhaust shop to remove the muffler temporarily and see how you like the sound before going full hog.
