interesting they ditched the dct for zf8 with tc.
also seems like more user friendly selectable awd to rwd... not just a drift mode like e63S
same-ish engine just beefed up ... this has been a problem plagued engine (n63/s63) and while less with the n63tu and s63tu ... time will tell.

The new M5 is being revealed on Monday. A link was posted on the M5post today speculating the M5 will have 680 hp and possibly 710 with comp package.2.9 second 0-60 and 10.5 second quarter mile. These numbers seem hard to believe but I'm hoping.

Its not gunna have anything north of 620hp.... let the rumors fly, I'll eat my words when I see 680hp

Thanks, I looked up the Nurburgring lap time for the W213 E63S and couldn't find one (yet), but the CEO of AMG apparently commented the car would round the track in 7:50 or better. The W212 E63S has a time of 7:55.
I would be very curious what time the M5 will post.

i can "speculate" the hp will be 830 and tq 900... and 2.5 zero to sixty and 10.0 1/4 mile .... see how easy that is?
