The person that owned the E63 before me had a sub woofer that was removed before purchase. Now the back deck rattles when the volume is turned up.

Is there anything that can be done about that? Something that needs to be tightened?

Mine is stock. 2015, 10k miles CPO.

Mine rear deck, something back there rattles during some types of bass. When bass is on max and volume is up.

Currently at dealer. Will update if they fix

Can you get back there while music is playing and then car is in park? Process of elimination

Yes. It's the back deck. I can push down on it while music is playing and it stops. It appears to be a bit bowed up right over the top of the factory subwoofer. Sounds great when the rattle stops.

Does any one know how to remove the back deck? I have folding rear seats.

Yes, I had this same issue. They added foam to the rear deck. The problem's a lot better, but not completely gone.
