Track Video - 2016 E63s Wagon on Sonoma (f.k.a. Infineon) Raceway
Went to Sonoma Raceway on Monday. While I have another session with that a semi-professional videographer setup (with data plugged in from the OBD II sensor and a track map superimposed) that I’ll hopefully receive in a week or so, this video is from my iPhone.
B Group (low intermediate). My tires were a bit under-inflated, so I let the tires warm up for 2.5 Laps, and hit the gas at 6:10 (when I say “Let’s Go!”) Just FYI - the Ferrari F430 is actually a D group (highest) driver taking someone for a joy ride, so he’s taking it easy in our group. He’s definitely a better driver (with a better car, though I don’t think it matters in this case) than me.
It always seems slower on the video, but feels so fast in a car when a wall is right next you.

Yes, completely stock with factory CCBs. Tires are Continental Extreme Contact Sport which I put on just before this event. My original tires were not worn out, but had several patches due to nails I picked up driving through San Francisco construction zones. I didn’t feel safe driving on those tires at high-speed and temperatures.
