E 63S Wagon Renntech, E55 Renntech, SL65, SL 55 030, ML, bunch of old ones--they come, they go...
Brake pad suggestion?

I'm about due for pads on the front of the 63. (Wanted to do it while I had the front wheels off--one less opportunity for damage). I can run out to the Benz store and get the OE ones, but does anyone have a suggestion they like better (bite, brake dust, cost)? Thanks.......

BTW, these are not PP/ceramic brakes, the "ordinary" ones.

Stoptech and EBC reds. I prefer Stoptech.

Not that it matters....but

further investigation shows it is the rears.....which seems strange. I'm really easy on brakes, and surprised the light is on at all after just turning 30k.
Tha factory ones feel fine, but they sure do make a mess with the dust...

I just swapped mine over to EBC Reds. So far so good. Will have to clean my car and drive longer to see how the brake dust situation is.

I run mine on EBC Yellow. Lots of dust but great bite and really a break performance improvement.
