Changer, no changer, glovebox, not?

Changer, no changer, glovebox, not?
Just got around to having some time to drive my car over the last few days....and took a few CD's (yes, I"m really old) to put in the (supposed) changer.
But I don't think I have one, which surprises me on a 2012 model that was over $100k. What I thought would be the load/reload button looks like only an eject button. And I don't see anything in the glovebox, which I would think would be the alternate location. Or have I just lost recognition of the CD changer function?
It's not a big deal, as the BT audio works great, and I have sat and HD radio (and single CD, I guess) too...just wondering. Amazing that after all this time I still find things I don't know, thanks for any info...

Yeah we outdated. I got a 6 CD changer in the trunk of my W210 2002 E55 AMG. Still works. That car's NAV system also runs off CD's LOL 
I started burning my favorite CD's to a hard disc and giving the CD's to Purple Heart.

So, according to the MVI, there is no changer. Not a real big deal, I just had not seen one that way.
