Tires for new to me 2014 e63s wagon in PNW

Folks,

I'm new to the forum and new to the e63 wagon. I'm also new to performance cars, so please bear with me. I live in Portland, OR, and purchased a CA wagon with summer tires. I'd like to change the tires to accommodate the rain. I'm considering either Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3 Plus or Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06. It currently has almost new Conti Sport Contact 5Ps. We have a local track to drag and drive around so I see a little of that in our future. Otherwise, mostly daily driving. I'd appreciate any thoughts on these tires and others I may be overlooking.

Thanks in advance --

I have the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S on mine and am very happy with them. No issues in the rain.

Best tire for use (and most of us honestly) is the Michelin Pilot Super Sport 4S. Probably the best all around performance tire out there. They come in 255/35/19 for fronts but rears you will need to do 295/30 (best) or 285/35.
