Best Mercedes Dealers in Chicagoland for E63 warranty issues?
Hello crew.... Am looking for feedback from members here in the chicagoland + suburban area who have 2014-2016 E63 and their dealer experiences for good warranty related service?
Not concerned about scheduled maintenance and basic oil change service stuff.... for me - am talking about warranty related issues like what I haven't had resolved including trans harsh downshifts in S and S+ from 4-3-2-1, ECO not working, coolant leak/spraying under WOT, steering column grinding at WOT, fan running 5+ mins after shut off etc. car has been exceptional aside from these minor things, yet i dont really drive it much with 23k only on it.
FJ Chicago has been where i've taken it to the past 3 times last year for each of these things and every time they state nothing is wrong and car "functions as normal" . not sure coolant spray in the engine bay passenger side should be considered normal. i purchased it CPO from MB Barrington and may just head back there to have them check it out but would appreciate others input.
