Hello!
I must say I'm now to the MB world, not only the forum but for the car as well.
I had issue with my G35x 2008 and decided it was time to move back to something bigger and after some research, found a nice little E550 2013 with MPP, MAP and AMG packaged.

Since the car was 6hr drive from me, from another province and pretty low price compared to what I could find locally, I asked a nearby MB to inspect the mecanic to know if the car had issues before I buy it.
They figured the wipers were dead, that there had been a spill of oil when filling it (very close to the refill cap) but couldn't find any leak and that the clamp of the middle pipe had some issue and might need to be changed. Other than that, brake fluid was near to end of life, usual maintenance just as the wipers.
So I decided to go ahead and purchase it. Did a quick test drive which seemed fine and comparable to one with 70k km I test drove locally. I couldn't spend much time testing it because the license office is closing at 1pm saturday and I couldn't get there before 11am.
Now, I wasn't even back home, about 400km away, that I stopped for some coffee. While cornering to get close to a trash can, I heard and felt something coming from the left wheel. It did seem like a ball joint issue from inside, but I tried recording the sound and it was sounding more like some thin aluminum plate ticking.
Dealership won't be open before monday, anyone with some experience in MN mecanic give me their opinion ?
I'm also no mecanic, but I know the motor has some slightly different sound from the one I tried but since MN told me everything was fine, I didn't put much attention to it. Was that a stupid decision ?
Oh, I'll get some nice 85mm f1.4 shot of the car later, I didn't bring the DSLR with me

Pretty glad I joined the club none the less, that's a totally different kind of driving vs Infiniti
Thanks all!
