2007 E63 Misfires and Cam Noises (Are there any warranty enhancements / TSBs?)
I have a 2007 E63. Seems to be running on 4 cylinders...One bank completely off. Scanner has misfire on a bunch of cylinders. And makes a noise.
Has about 115K Miles.
When I was doing some preliminary research someone mentioned a warranty enhancement or TSB that covers a few engine failures.
Am I 100% stuck doing this on my own. Was planning on it anyways. And what is the common problem with these motors? Was going to tear into it next week.

Sounds like your cam adjuster is broken. My 2007 ML63 was doing the same. I was able to grab one header and it was cold while the other was hot. Once you tear it apart you’ll know if it’s the intake or exhaust. Both of my exhaust cam adjusters failed with 25xxx km of each other.
