A bit of rain and...
I thought this problem was going to be confined to winter snow storms... I guess rain does it as well. Between this and the damn wiper chatter it's pretty annoying to drive the car in less than perfect weather conditions

A similar thing happened to me and the aux. battery needed to be replaced.
