Warranty for a 2014 E63s with 56k miles in California
Hello everyone! I have been having issue after issue with my e63s since the purchase. the seller ( https://www.shadowautogallery.com/) fixed the first issue ( water pump cracked) second issue ( belt shredded up) and Saturday morning the belt start to shred again. I immediately turned off the engine, and waited till it was cool at night and got the car home. I am going to have the belt fixed this week but I have some questions for the group members.
1- does anyone know of a warranty company that will warranty a car with that many miles
2- does anyone know of a warranty company that will cover repairs after the car has been modded ( my car is just Brabus appearance package, and the Brabus exhaust)
3- I live in California, a few i have reached out to do not cover California
Any information is appreciated!

Try Members Choice. However, I believe they were just acquired by another company. They are based in Chicago, but I was referred to them by my credit union back in 2015 when I bought my 2011. I am in the Bay Area Cali. They came through bigtime on my car as everyone on this site knows. Policy cost me ~$4k for 72 months/75k miles (after purchase of the policy). That $4k saved my ****! They ended up paying out about $35k in total for stuff that failed on the 2011.
I will lookup their phone number tonight and post it here for you tomorrow.
Just so you know, they will try to wiggle out of anything they can. I had to fight them a few times because they don't read the fine print in THEIR OWN CONTRACT!. But if you know the contract and stick to your guns they will ultimately payout. Regarding mods, I would say that if they find anything whatsoever that looks modded in the drivetrain, they will reject the claim. If you have only Brabus exhaust tips and you can prove that nothing else is modded you should be OK. But they don't ever give the benefit of the doubt.
