I have a CEL that is intermittent on my 2013 E63. I changed the Air filters at 50k miles and the CEL went away for about a month and a half.. but yesterday that evil light came on again with the same code.. P0171 Rich to Lean Bank 2. I'm thinking its not O2 related, but a faulty intake manifold gasket(s) or PCV. I can't find a write up on this job, nor any parts.. I know those bolts are probably torque to yield... maybe I'm not searching hard enough but I'd like some part numbers for gaskets and the bolts and maybe the PCV if all possible. I'm gonna go spray around the Intake with MAF cleaner while the engine is running and see if that is my exact problem when I get home, but I'm pretty sure that's what it is..
