Emblem Grill replacement part
I have the regular front grill emblem star, would like to replace with the crystal front grill emblem star. easier to clean.
anyone know the part number for a 2014 E63 amg S?

yes, I ordered the crystal cover star from Ebay and could not get it to fit with current grill. the crystal star back connectors are longer and not able to get it to fit so I had to return it.
would anyone know the OEM number for the Crystal front emblem star?

I have done this retrofit for the same reason. You just need to twist off the current star and twist on the distronic one; the inside will just be hollow as there will not be a distronic sensor.

Thanks, I removed the star but the part that I purchase did not fit. I was not able to install and get it to fit in the star housing. maybe the part I purchase was not the correct one.

the back has two long hook like to insert into current star housing but they are too long.
anyway, would you happen to remember who you purchase it from?
