TIME TO MOVE ON FROM E63S TO...
As the title states. Went in to my Dealership for service B. Car is at 23k miles. Turns 4 years since delivery on the 12th of September. Bought it cash. Have title in hand. Bone stock. PRISTINE condition. Dealership knows me and wants the car badly!!!
What to get next 🤔...
What some feedback (also it has to be AMG and not downgrading to C. Don't want another E) from Members
unfortunately the sport seats are the suck if you are driving any further than 20 miles - i too was looking for a new toy and wanted something small and agile so went with C63s for "runner" - kept the E63s wagon for me - ha!!!
Depending on what you are looking for:
S63 Coupe if you are looking for a luxury cruiser with a punch
AMG GT coupe if looking for w door monster
GT63 - imo i think its way too big in person - while a beast / looks bloated

I know you said no E class but if you're talking about a GLE there is no question I'd go with E63 wagon over that all day long. Better handling, better looking imo.
dunno if your a music guy but I went from the harmon kardon in the ml63 to a Bang & Olufsen in the GLE and holy crap what a difference... very clean...
seeing out the back on the gle coupe, ick... happy it got camera's all around it... learned a trick too, put it in R to get the camera's on then shift to D when ya going forward and worried about hitting stuff, camera's will stay on till ya hit 5-10 mph not sure...
turned off the steering assist and lane assist.... steering kept fighting me going straight.... a yellow line on the highway jogged right and it jogged me right too... almost into a tractor trailer...

Cazzo - curious, are you parting with your E63 since it’s out of warranty or are you looking for something more exciting? Again Just curious as your ride sounds amazing and low miles. Sadly the trade in value on the E63S will suck but that’s normal depreciation on AMGs. While I love my E63S, I personally am tempted to look at the Audi RS6 Avant when that comes next year to the US.... I hate the RS7 look but that Avant is bad *** but not for everyone of course.

I love my beast. However the warranty is up i can get a sick deal on a New FULLY LOADED 120K MSRP 2018 GLE63AMGS but they will take 25K OFF msrp & insane trade in value for my car. I know the owner of the dealership. Also they want to get rid of the GLE. I can get an extended 3yr warranty for a great price. When I bought the E63S to my specs i had sold a E550 I paid nothing for and flipped it made 4k on it. So when the numbers line up I'm actually having better value getting the GLEAMGS 2018MODEL.
I could use an SUV. But need the power. I have other vehicles as well so I keep vehicles low miles. However tomorrow I'll test drive it along with other AMGS.

I looked up the avant not for me. As for the rs7 neither. So like myself you as well will be shopping you E63S next year though

My order after few test drives.
1) W212 2016 E63S -
2) SLS AMG or the SLR (for 2 seater)
3) G63 Wagon (For SUV)
4) S63
5) if Mercedes Benz ever decides to make a "jeep" looking vehicle I may look into it Manuel not automatic...

My wife lost the 15 wagon in the Houston flood last week. I'm in a similar situation as you. Driving the M550, E450 wagon, eye out for 18 CPO RS7. Might wait on the new M3. That w212 E63S wagon was the bomb, ride quality be damned.

I drove the RS7 and it wasn't bad a while back. Then again I was comparing it to my E63S. I'll have to reconsider it and drive it again. I may add that to collection. I'm not getting rid of the E63S I have too much fun with that car especially with no traffic on I-95 hitting 160+.
