W212 E63S "Hot Tap" breaker recommendation
I'm installing a hardwired USB plug under the dash to power my ProClip phone cradle/charger and also to power my dash cam. Any recommendations to a fuse under the hood that would work well? I want a circuit that's always hot so I can charge my phone even if the ignition is off.
Fuse #19 in the underhood fuse box is 100% hot, but I see that it's listed for "engine electronics".

Why not just run it directly from battery in the trunk with your own in line low amperage fuse?
