Need 2nd set of TPMS Sensors

Hey guys,

Any of you ever buy a 2nd set of TPMS sensors for 2nd set of wheels?

So the MB part number is 000-905-00-30. Dealer list price is $69ea.

I see them on Amazon ranging between $21 and $69.

I plan to keep my current stock wheels, and in tact fully, while I have my soon new BC Forged wheels so I don't want to be transferring them. My current wheels have enough tread on the PS4S's to keep the tires on them.

Along the same lines I plan to buy a new set of lugs for the new wheels. BC is machining them to work with the stock lug bolts. My stock bolts are silver and a bit aged so I plan to use black new ones of the same specs otherwise. Any suggestions where to find these?

Thanks

Be careful with non OEM BENZ direct TPMS, sometimes the cheaper manufacturer units, they dont come pre-programmed or ready and you will have to have a tire shop use a special device to link them to the TPMS module.

I tried some amazon cheap.ones, they didn't work. I would only recommend OEM. With them attached to the valve stem you need to unmount the tire and reinstall. Expensive trial. The tire shops programmer wouldn't hold, they would work for a key cycle the the car lost them. Obviously the dealership insisted on OEM, this works perfectly. When I swap then car picks up the new wheels no question asked, assuming you run the same pressures.

I have these on my BC Forged wheels. Plug and play. Easy install.... so easy, a caveman can do it

Or maybe go with https://www.tpms.com/Schrader_20213_p/s0213.htm if you want more "OEM".

I bought the same 33700 tpms for my winter wheels. They will self learn after a few miles.
